Votum Solutions Private Limited ("Votum," "we," "us," or "our") does not offer refunds for any fees paid in connection with the use of our platform, services, or any associated products. All payments made to Votum are final and non-refundable, regardless of usage, subscription duration, or the reason for discontinuation of service.
Subscription charges are billed in advance for the applicable billing period. By subscribing to our services, you acknowledge and agree that all subscription fees are earned upon payment and are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to early cancellation, non-use of the platform, or dissatisfaction with the services.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation, your access to the platform will continue until the end of the current paid billing period. No pro-rata refunds, credits, or adjustments will be issued for unused portions of the billing period.
Fees for one-time purchases, usage-based charges, professional services, implementation fees, and any other non-recurring charges are non-refundable once payment has been processed.
This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 to the extent applicable. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on this page. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
